Humility and Hunger DTS kicks off with 12 weeks of meeting God through discipleship and transformational teaching within the international missions community of YWAM Perth. Together we’ll pursue God, looking at topics like hearing His voice, relationships, Holy Spirit and evangelism. It’s not just lectures – learning and growth happens as we meet Him in prayer, in worship, as we serve, as we take His love to the streets. As a Humility and Hunger DTS, our lecture phase will set aside extra time for digging into worship, intercession, Bible study and simply being in His presence. We will then learn how to go from a place of hunger to a place of action. 

As we encounter God together, we are led by Him into steps of faith and obedience, sharing His love with others, and calling believers to His purposes. So on outreach we put into practice all we’ve been learning. Through fervent prayer, authentic worship, personally sharing the gospel, serving the poor and needy, and encouraging local believers, we put faith into action. We seek to live contagious faith that stirs others to follow Jesus too. 

We’ll finish with a wrap-up week back in Perth, sharing stories of what God has done and getting ready for what He has ahead. Humility and Hunger DTS equips you for the next step God has for you in a lifestyle of experiencing His presence first-hand and finding your part in His redemptive purposes.
